A Presales Manager
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Business and System analysis directly with clients
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent presentation skills (both in preparing and performing presentations to clients)
- Experience in creating well-structured and easy-to-read documents and presentations
- Talent of describing complicated technical things in a transparent and accessible way
- Ability to listen, negotiate, and persuade
- Organized and structured approach to any topic
- Quick learner — curiosity and continuous learning, ability to enable yourself in new technologies and tasks
- Readiness to travel to clients for onsite meetings

- Experience in RFP processing / Presales
- Experience in creating project delivery plans and project team onboarding
